PM presides over conference on Red River Delta master plan

rime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, who is Chairman of the Coordinating Council for Red River Delta Region, presided over the council's second conference in Hanoi on December 7 to give opinions on the building of the region's master plan for the 2021-2030 period with a vision to 2050.
